All Quotes are subject on the condition of the premises on the day of cleaning.

Properties must be empty on the day of cleaning, the delay caused might incur extra charges.

We request that clients to be on time for the booking on day of cleaning.

We require 100% access of your premises.

Availability of hot water/electricity on day of cleaning.

We have a 24-hour cancellation policy, 25% charges apply for cancellation less than 24 hours.

Client will need to authorize our cleaning to clean on premises for client.

We clean according to OH and safety Regulations, Unsafe Premises will not be serviced.

Payment Terms are strictly pay on completion.

Late payment fees will apply. Further legal remedies will be and/or the account might be referred to debt collection. Additional costs will apply.

Additional services will incur additional charges. Our End of tenancy cleaning in Sydney and other parts of NSW is guaranteed for 72 hours after the service is provided.
